The next talk was given by graphic designer and educator Vicky Carr, as one of the founders of Textbook Studio who describe themselves as being 'A graphic design studio focusing on image-making, visual identity and publication design for arts, culture and education.' in the lecture given by Vicky she chose to speak mainly about what the company do overall as well as how they made progress to get where they are today. One main part of the lecture that stayed with me personally was when Vicky mentioned about networking and discussed how this could grow after graduating if the work was put in; networking can be very helpful when it comes to making contacts and expanding on own personal progress.
